In light of rising concerns about global warming and resource scarcity, how can a company targeting mainly students transition as a model for sustainble economic growth? This proposal sought a means of repositioning the company's current housing inventory in a market of consumers increasingly aware of the benefits of "green" practices - an enormous opportunity for MSC.
